Aufgaben

Your responsibilities in this attractive and challenging position are:

Ensure profitability in sales, marketing, HR and financial Areas
Analysis and redefines, where needed, the Company`s SOP
Securing and developing the high standard of the customer experience
Negotiates rental for renewal of existing locations and investments in new Locations
Ensure and maintain food safety and HACCP Standards

Anforderungen

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of experience in Industries and similar positions, preferable in system gastronomic or casual dining Restaurants.
Experience in companies with at least $ 10 Million yearly sales Performance
Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and/or german as a plus
Strong experience with management, organizational and financial Performance
University Degree

Entlohnung

For this attractive, longterm position salary is with € 5600,00 minimum based on your qualification and additional bonus possible. Visa and inpatient medical insurance will be taken care of.

Please note that the amount of taxes will be only 4 to 5 percentage of your salary
